I met the owner of Highland Green Cleaning recently at a networking event and was so impressed by her professionalism that I decided to book them for our recent move out from one house to another. When the team of Highland Green Cleaning showed up at my front door, they were in full steam ahead mode. The staff were personable and extremely efficient. I hovered around for a bit to make sure that they would do everything well, but it didn't take long for me to see that these guys mean business. The products they were using were 'green' products and so I had my suspicions that they may not work very well, and was quickly proven wrong. As I scurried around with Mr. Clean Erasers, Doreen said not to worry that they would get all that. She sprayed a cleaner on the wall and gave it a wipe and it cleaned my son's crayon and pencil marks off the wall immediately, showing me I could leave them to it and they would get it all done. (and she said it with such a warm and calming smile) So, not only was the service and quality top notch, but the products were too. They stayed until the house looked absolutely impeccable, and by far exceeded my expectations. (They even went into the garage and cleaned off all the counters and doors!!! I have very high expectations on a service perspective from many years working in the luxury hotel business, and would say that Highland Green Cleaning is by far the highest quality cleaning company I've ever seen. I would highly recommend Highland Green Cleaning for any residential or commercial needs! Doreen and her team are fantastic and professional and never fail to impress in both their commercial and residential work. One of the few cleaning teams that always go above and beyond, not just cleaning around things but going all the way under and behind furniture and anything to clean to a sparkling finish.
